Preliminary examinations |
In Estetica Centre during the preliminary dental examination we use an intra-oral digital camera which allows the patient for a direct observation of his/her teeth condition on the monitor under magnification. The patient participates in the process of treatment planning. The camera also enables the dental surgeon to get an overall view and to make a more precise diagnosis. Also, during the treatment the patient can see the stages of teeth cleaning and restoration on the monitor.
After placing a filling, removal of calculus, cementing of inlays, onlays or crowns one can also see in detail the effect - the tooth will be distinctly visible from all sides and on an adequately larger scale. Moreover, before placing a filling one can see the cavity with removed decay.
In our outpatient clinic we perform all check-ups free of charge. A treatment plan is proposed to our patients, we also take (free of charge) necessary roentgenographs and we present cost estimates for the planned procedures.

| Conservative dentistry |
The fear of pain is the basic patients' problem during the visits at the dentist office. In our Centre we apply, on patient's request, anaesthetic prior to conservative treatment of a tooth. We administer infiltration anaesthesia, conduction anaesthesia, surface analgetic prior to injection, anaesthesia with a needle-free syringe. |

| Paediatric dentistry |
We offer painless and stress-free visits to Young Patients. In order to anesthetize we use needle-free syringes. Fillings in children's milk teeth are in beautiful colours that are really liked by Children. After each visit we give a present and diplomas for courage. Adaptation visits and check-ups are free of charge.
Pendodontics is a domain of dentistry specializing in a preventive care and treatment of children and adolescents. As it goes about children, pendodontics primary goals are prevention and heading off potential oral health problems before they occur! So each child should be under a permanent stomatological care even if apparently there are no reasons for it. |

| Dental surgery |
In our clinic we perform a wide range of procedures within the scope of dental surgery. They fall into: endodontic treatment - i.e.apicetomies, radisectomies and hemisections. We perform these procedures when the tooth root canal cannot be treated endodontically. It can happen for various reasons, among others due to unusual anatomy, canal obliteration, more frequently however it is related to failed root canal treatment. Then it happens that we run into a very hard cement inside the narrow canals, sometimes even instruments which had broken there. We always try to apply conservative treatment, but when it turns out impossible - we can only perform surgery, which allows to save the tooth in the oral cavity. There are also situations where we notice radiographically a very big periapical lesion or even a radicular cyst. Such lesions usually require combined treatment both endodontic and surgical one. |

| Periodontics |
Periodontics is a domain of dentistry dealing with treating so called "periodontitis". In our centre we carry out comprehensive treatment of periodontal diseases. We provide both a professional hygiene counselling, we remove the tooth calculus and we also brace the wobbly teeth. Moreover, after a proper preparation we apply surgical methods of treating "periodontitis" with the use of modern solutions enabling the periodontium growth (Bio-oss, Fisiograft, Emdogain). |

| Prosthodontics |
Prosthodontics deals with the reconstruction of the lost teeth tissues by means of inlays, onlays and crowns, and first of all by replacing the missing teeth. | Orthodontics |
Orthodontics involves the treatment of maloclussion and malaligned teeth. Often it is the first and foremost step to a beautiful smile. Since occlusion defects may distort the aesthetics of the whole face, while crowded, crooked even if whitened or covered with beautiful crowns teeth will not look good. Orthodontic treatment may be carried out by the use of removable and fixed appliances. There are no age limits for orthodontic treatment.
Orthodontic treatment is also often an important stage allowing to replace the missing teeth and to carry out periodontal treatment. | Implanty |
Implants are devices designated to replace the natural patient’s teeth. Usually there are one-piece or two-piece implants..
Two-piece implantsusually consist of two separate parts i.e. an element placed in the jawbone, often having a thread resembling a kind of screw and an implant abutment – a part resembling a trimmed tooth crown, which is screwed onto the intrabony part. A prosthetic crown of various type (temporary or permanent, metal-free porcelain, porcelain bonded to steel, gold, titanium etc.) is placed on it.
One-piece implants are such implants in which an implant abutment and the intarbony part are made as a whole (they are one element) and they are at once placed into the patient’s jaw. Similarly to two-piece implants, a prosthetic crown is fitted on the implant abutment. |
